Rills are an early form of water channelling system, originally used for irrigation and later as ornamental water courses in some of the most famous gardens around the world.
We have designed our own system which can be used to create a limitless number of unique designs according to your garden and imagination.
Made from natural Limestone they are both durable and attractive, linked together with a ‘male’ to ‘female’ joint that is fixed with a silicone sealant. The range of component parts is constantly expanding with various lengths of straights, right angle sharp bends, curves ‘y’ junctions, spouts and bowls.
There are new designs in production including parts that make the Rill twice as wide and include a decorative water shoot with rippled base to get the water to dance, and a fall section with a 30 degree gradient that can be used as an alternative to the waterfall.
To help with your design we can send you a free set of 1/10th size paper templates that can be used in conjunction with a plan of your garden to design your unique Rill, or for a £15 returnable deposit on your order we can post a full set of full size patterns that can be laid out in your garden so you can have fun playing around with the limitless design possibilities.
